Our first time to Aruba and we stayed 7 nights. Prior to arrival I would call or email the hotel/resort with questions and happy to say I always received a prompt answer. We requested a room with king bed and did receive even though not guaranteed. Efficient and helpful staff. Any questions or needs were addressed. The room was clean and air conditioning worked. Resort area was kept clean. The birds and flies near/around the food buffet dining tables took some getting used to… Quality of the food at buffet or in the onsite restaurants was good to very good. Quality of the drinks depended on the bartender, ranged from poor to very good. Trip to Windows restaurant is worth the $35 charge per person as the food/service here is outstanding. Beautiful beach area shared with Tamirian. Felt safe walking the beach/grounds. Had to get out to put towels on lounge chairs on beach under hut or at pool by 6:30 a.m. Charges for local calls from room a bit high. Also charges for using safe in the room and for wifi or internet access. Entertainment each night was enjoyable. Will book again at this resort/hotel next trip.
