We stayed at the Divi All Inclusive from July 27- Aug 5th. We were there for 10 days. This was our 2nd time in Aruba but our first time staying at the Divi All Inclusive. We loved this resort and will be back next year. The resort was beautiful and the service was outstanding. From the person that greeted us when we got there, to the person who checked us in, the waiters, cooks, bartenders, cleaning ladies, the crew that gives beach towels, and even the maintenance crew….everyone was super friendly and greeted us with a smile. All the employees made us feel very welcomed and were so nice. Although it was an all inclusive resort, we spent a lot of money tipping because each and every person deserved it. Like I said, the resort is beautiful and very close to the beach. It was less than a one minute walk to the beach, the restaurants and the bar. This was good for us especially since we had small children with us. The rooms are not as updated as some of the newer hotels, but overall it didn't matter because everything else was great. My only complaint is that they should stock the room refrigerators with atleast some bottles of water. If you wanted water for your room, you needed to buy bottled water because in the resort they give you tap water. There's nothing wrong with the tap water, but I found it a little ridiculous that the rooms aren't supplied with any water. The rooms were cleaned early and more than enough towels were given. The food was also great and the restaurants that you needed to make reservations for were good too. My only advice is that you have to go to the front desk early so you can get a time slot especially if your reserving for a large party. Like I said, compared to what the other all inclusive hotels are charging, the Divi offers the best value. We are planning on returning to the Divi again next summer….Highly recommended.
