Good deal for the money spent. Airport transfers and check in was very simple. The location here is what sells, the beach is absolutely stunning! The food was average, we actually enjoyed our meals the most at the buffet, although, Ginger was our favorite restaurant. Most of the restaurants try to rush you out, not sure why. They are not cheap with their drinks at all and if you ask for them to make the drinks stronger …they will. Most of the bar staff was quite friendly, John Pierre was out favorite. The rooms are outdated and small but always kept very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone for the most part was very friendly with the exception of a few that looked as though they were bothered by the guests.
Just a few cons : it would've been nice to have staff setting up the beach chairs and serving frinks as they do at most all inclusives. People reserve the chairs and huts the night before and early morning so if you don't get up and reserve by 7am, you're not getting one. They should have some type of vent system in the bathrooms for they get really hot after showers. The entertainment is cheesy as most people have said. The cleaning staff should make a point to wipe down the beds everyday for we got more and sand to sleep in as the week went by.
